The founder of the company is Mr. Chhotubhai D. Patel who has given his whole life in the field of textiles. Due to the wonderful guidance and endless experience of him, Omkar Textiles was established in 2009. The journey of Omkar Textiles begins with the manufacturing of grey Fabric of low TPM quality. Company was working with the plain power shuttle looms. At that time the company was acquiring the warping beam from other sources.

The Co-founder of the company Mr. Keyur Patel who was serving the Multinational company as a Design Engineer has diverted his career by joining the Omkar Textiles and started introducing the technology to achieve more refine and great quality product. In year 2012, Omkar textile expanded its limits by introducing the automatic looms i.e waterjet and Rapier looms and sectional warping machines. Now the company is independent and producing the variety of grey fabric with quality.
