    Our company is a renowned supplier of NYLOBOND Inks are a single pack system for direct screen printing, resulting in opaque prints with excellent wash ability, flexibility and adhesion on a wide range of fabric.

    Thinning:
    NYLOBOND inks are supplied at a suitable printing consistency for most printing applications, but if necessary may be thinned with NBT Nylobond Thinner or NBR Nylobond Retarder.

    Mesh:
    Most screen fabrics are suitable but coarse meshes are preferable. 30 - 90 mesh mono filament screens are recommended.

    Squeegees:
    White rubber or polyurethane, black rubber should be avoided as it may bleed with light colours.

    Coverage:
    ± 20 m2 per kg depending on thinning and mesh used.

    Drying:
    NYLOBOND inks will dry in about 1 hour depending ambient conditions. These inks may also be forced dried by stoving at a minimum temperature of 100°C for 3 minutes. Higher temperatures can be used for shorter times.

    Screenwash:
    Universal Screenwash UT5O.
