We are looking for a 100% Cotton Cut Piece in size 46x55 cm (Fat quarters) to be exported to the USA. The fabric should be between 135 GSM +-5 GSM with a thread count of 40s. Fabric sheets will be used to make quilts. Purchasing amounts will be 12,500+ fabric batches every month. Fabric sheets should be folded one by one in 8pcs stack and stiffed with a custom sleeve which we are going to provide for the fabric producer. Please take a look at the example of how the fabric batch and packing should look. Also, we want to have customization for the fabric print. The amounts would be around 12500 pcs batches of 8 pcs sheets in one batch. Our price range for 1 batch with 8 pcs of fabric is 2.5 - 3 USD including DDP shipping to USA INDIANA 46060.
