Our company would like connect with manufacturer of Dyed Rip Stop Fabric. At present, we are actively seeking Ripstop Fabric with a blend of 30-40% cotton and the rest polyester. The fabric should have a GSM of 230 grams, plus or minus 5%. The warp should consist of 2 ripstop threads for a minimum of 18 background threads, while the weft should have 2 ripstop threads for a minimum of 8 background threads. Additionally, the fabric should have air permeability of at least 30 l/m²/s, dyeing resistance to artificial light of minimum grade 4, warp return angle of at least 130 degrees, and UV protection of minimum 40. The color required is PANTONE 19-3924 TCX Night Sky ripstop. We need a quantity of 30,000 pieces for use in baseball caps. Payment will be made via bank transfer.
