Ours is a FDI company having 98 % of shares owned by our parent company
M/s Tessitura Pietro Cazzaniga SpA, manufacturing jacquard, dobby and velvet fabrics, since more than 100 years, catering to the premium segment of the market in US and Europe. 2 % shares are with the Indian directors. We also have a buy back agreement with our Italian company.

We are producers of premium quality upholstery and furnishing fabrics (producing both jacquard and dobby designs). We are a 100% EOU, with modern and hi-tech weaving machinery; and most of our products will be marketed in US and Europe through our Italian parent organization. Our corporate office and factory is operating at No. 95 & 96, Apparel Export Park, Gundla Pochampally, Secunderabad- 500 014, R. R. District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
