Jiangsu Sijuan Group(SPCC) established in 1923, predeccessor is Shanghai Zhongfu Silk Spinning Factory,adjourned to Siyang from Shanghai in Dec.1960,and renamed Siyang Silk spinning Factory.The factroy was reorganized to SPCC GROUP CO.,LTD in 1997.
