? :Profile of producing line:
1.Design department: composed by 12 high-level craft desiger,fashion style be made with the American GERBER CAD software;
2.Cutting room: 1000 sets per day are produced by 60 staffs with the advancing fully automated computer of American GERBER cutting machine, German MEYER and Japanese SHINKO SUMMZT fusing press machine.
3.Sewing workshop:
1).Leisurewear:800-1000 pcs per day are produced by 250 employees in two Italian production-line;
2).Pants:1000-1200 pcs per day are produced by 170 employees in two Italian production-line;
4.Sewing equipment: sewing machines are brought in Japanese and German. (Japanese JUKI,BROTHER;German PFAFF,STORBEL)
5.Finishing workshop :1000 sets are finished ironing and packing by 170 employees in Italian production-line with the German INDUPRESS cloth Ironing equipment.
Warehouse:main fabric and accessories are managed by 8 employees with the computer in ERP software.
