Mufti bags Customer Loyalty Initiative award

With esteemed brands across the country nominated for the award, Muft has triumphed on the big stage. Their loyalty programme MuftiSphere which was launched in 2014 originated with the idea of creating an altogether separate sphere exclusively for the customers in order to give them an enhanced shopping experience and make them a part of the exclusive Mufti Community.

Organised by Franchise India, the 8th Indian Retail & e-Retail Congress & Awards 2019 recognised and acknowledged the entrepreneurial excellence in the d/sectors of retail and e-retail. The objective of the awards was to laud and commemorate retailers who are bridging the gap between operational reality and consumer expectations with great retailing practices.
