Indian fashion department store chain Shoppers Stop has launched its first store in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. The launch of the Dehradun store is in line with the company’s strategy of opening 10-12 stores every year.

“With each new store opening, Shoppers Stop strives to elevate the brand experience for consumers. Key markets such as Dehradun, known for its sense of style, will offer discerning consumers the best the brand has to offer. We are confident that the new Shoppers Stop store in Dehradun will strengthen our retail offering. In addition, the launch of this store will add to the festive cheer in the city, making it one of the most sought-after shopping and leisure destinations in Dehradun,” said Venu Nair, customer care associate, MD and CEO, Shoppers Stop Limited.

At the new store, customers can access the Personal Shoppers Lounge and avail fit and sizing assistance from Personal Shoppers in-store as well as trial rooms. Additionally, the store is kid and senior citizen friendly, and offers free Wi-Fi and a variety of food and drinks.
