Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), India’s largest player in the polyester value chain, has further hiked the prices of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) and MELT, while Monoethylene glycol (MEG) was kept unchanged, like last week. The company reviews price trends in China and fluctuations in crude oil to fix the prices of polyester raw materials.

Indian market follows the price trends of RIL as it is a dominating player in the country.
