Germany's exports grow 14% YoY in Nov 2022: Federal Statistical Office

Germany’s total value of exported goods in November 2022 reached €143.6 billion, a 14-per cent increase compared with November 2021, according to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). The country’s exports to US, which is the most important destination of German exports, increased by 30.9 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to €14.4 billion in November 2022.

The country’s exports to Russia in November 2022 were down by 52.8 per cent, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.

Germany’s other important trading partners in terms of exports were France (€10.5 billion; up 12 per cent) and the Netherlands (€10.1 billion; up 13.7 per cent), as per Destatis.
