We, Jaya Shree Textiles (A Unit of Grasim Industries Ltd.) are the Textile wing of the USD 45 billion Aditya Birla Group. The Textile wing caters to multiple products, Wool combed tops, Cashmere Tops & Worsted and specialty yarn. Our factory is located in Kolkata which is eastern part of India and very close to Marine port (25 km from our factory) & airport (30 km from our factory). We produce 9000 MT wool tops per year with wide micron range 14.5 to 29.5, and 4800 MT worsted yarn per year up to 140 NM in single, double & three ply. We are pioneer in supplying Wool and Cashmere Tops. We also offer Merino Wool as well as blended yarn for knitting (flat-bed sweater, Jersey circular knit, socks) and weaving (suiting, upholstery, scarf/stoles, Pashmina etc.) and Technical use. Our core strength lies in supplying Worsted Single Yarn, Compact yarn, SIRO and SIRO Lycra Yarn. We do produce Cashmere & its blends in fine count range like 2/48 Nm to 2/110 Nm for fine fabrics and accessories. Our product/process is certified by ISO 45001: 2018, SA8000, Oekotex 100 class I (no harmful substance), EU Ecolabel, Responsible wool standard RWS, Global organic Textile Standard GOTS, Woolmark etc.
