Project and MRket, two established menswear shows, will kick-start from July 16, 2017. The three day programme will showcase Spring/Summer'18 clothing line. It will provide an intimate buying experience balancing both the contemporary menswear offering with a sophisticated US and international assortment of tailored sportswear and accessories.

Project and MRket will feature influential apparel, footwear, and accessories brands from emerging to established, and contemporary to classic. Within both shows, neighbourhoods are carefully curated which enables retailers and buyers to successfully merchandise and accessorise their product assortment.

"New York Men's Fashion is truly coming into its own. With NYFW:Men's wrapping up, it has been exciting to witness the strong talent here in the American menswear industry and inspiring collections and trends presented for the SS18 season," says Tommy Fazio, president of fashion, UBM Fashion. "It is more important than ever to continue to unify the menswear community. Having Project NY and MRket under one roof offers retailers an unparalleled experience to shop an array of talented designers and brands bringing the strongest selection to their stores."

This July, four menswear and dual-gender designers Yuner Shao, Rika Konishi, Alexa Chia and Qiongxin Kou will present their collections in the programme.

"UBM Fashion continues to challenge itself to offering a 360 experience for vendors and buyers; each season we are able to present something new, whether it is expanded neighbourhoods like Blue that match the demand for denim in the marketplace, exposure to coveted menswear brands, or education tools such as P1V0T which offers tech-based solutions for the entire process, from design to sell-through," president of Men's, Erik Ulin said.
