Asian ethylene prices fall last week

Ethylene prices went down in Asia in the last week on the back of poor product demand in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices declined by US$ 25/ton and secured at US$ 1275/ton in the last week, as compared to previous week, a drop of 1.92 per cent.
 
In Japan, average prices reduced by US$ 25/ton and quoted at US$ 1270/ton in the last week, a declination of 1.93 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices stepped down by US$ 20/ton and recorded at US$ 1215/ton in the last week, a decrement of 1.62 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In NE Asia, average prices decreased by US$ 15/ton and assessed at US$ 1310/ton in the last week, registering a fall of 1.13 per cent from the previous week.
