Asian MEG prices plunge sharply past week

MEG prices sharply decreased in Asia in the last week on the back of weaker upstream energy values in the region.
In SE Asia, average prices declined by US$ 75/ton and assessed at US$ 965/ton in the last week, a drop of 7.21 per cent compared to the previous week.
In China, average prices went down by US$ 70/ton and secured at US$ 960 /ton in the last week, a reduction of 6.80 per cent compared to the previous week.
