Asian PX prices inch higher last week

Paraxylene prices went up in Asia in the last week due to lift in buying interest in the region.
In Korea, average prices increased by US$ 25/ton and assessed at US$ 970/ton in the last week, a rise of 2.65 per cent compared to previous week.
In SE Asia, average prices surged by US$ 25/ton and quoted at US$ 975/ton in the last week, showing a gain of 2.63 per cent over previous week.
