Asian PX prices rise last week

Paraxylene prices went up in Asia in the last week due to strong upstream energy values in the region.
 
In Korea, average prices inched higher by US$ 10/ton and assessed at US$ 890/ton in the last week, a gain of 1.14 per cent compared to previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices increased by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 905/ton in the past week, showing a jump of 1.69 per cent over previous week.
