Ethylene prices surged in Europe in the last week due to limited products coupled with strong buying in the region.

In Europe, average prices improved by US$ 40/ton to US$ 1135/ton in the last week, growth of 3.65 per cent as compared to the previous week.

Meanwhile in the US, average prices kept firm at 13 cents/pound in the last week as compared to the previous week due to mute trading in the region.
