Ethylene prices plunge in US past week

Ethylene prices went down in US in the last week due to lackluster business activity in the region.
In US, average prices decreased by 2 cents/pound and recorded at 27 cents/pound in the last week, a drop of 6.90 per cent as compared to previous week.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices kept unmoved and quoted at US$ 1180/ton in the last week, as compared to the previous week due to modest buying trend in the region.
