European ethylene prices up due to persistent demand

Ethylene prices improved in Europe in the last week due to persistent product demand in the region.
 
In Europe, average prices went up by US$ 5/ton and quoted at US$ 1050/ton in the last week, a climb of 0.48 per cent as compared to the previous week.
 
Meanwhile in US, average prices reduced by 2 cents/pound and assessed at 18 cents/pound in the last week, a decrement of 10 per cent as compared to previous week due to dull market sentiments in the region.
