GCCI launches 3rd national 'Textile at a Glance' certificate course

The comprehensive course, designed by industry and academic experts, offers an in-depth overview of the textile industry, covering key areas such as Ginning, Spinning, Knitting, Weaving, Processing, Garmenting, Home Textile, and Technical Textile.
Targeted at textile entrepreneurs, executives, traders, brokers, consultants, bankers, weavers, designers and students among others, the course includes 18 hours of classroom learning, and industry visits to the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Gandhinagar, Urja Products Private Limited, Ahmedabad Textile Industry Research Association (ATIRA), Arvind Textiles, Pashupati Cotspin Limited, and ACME International Limited.
The course fee of ₹11,800 includes GST, industry visit and its logistics, lunch and high tea for 5 days and evening outings. However, it excludes travel to Ahmedabad, accommodation and dinner on all days.

Founded in 1949, GCCI works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth of industry and trade in Gujarat, partnering both of them through advisory processes. GCCI has around 7,500 members, which include over 200 trade and industry associations and leading chambers of commerce of the state.
