PX prices surge in US last week

PX prices marched higher in US in the last week due to improved regional buying sentiments.
In US, average prices surged by US$ 15/ton and assessed at US$ 765/ton in the last week, a hike of 2 per cent over the previous week.
Meanwhile in Europe, average prices went up by US$ 15/ton and quoted at US$ 725/ton in the last week, a climb of 2.11 per cent over the previous week due to optimistic market fundamentals in the region.
