Global Manufacturing Sector Faces Challenges Amidst Deteriorating Demand

The Global Manufacturing PMI for April stood at 49.6, unchanged from the previous month. A closer look at individual nations revealed that the United States witnessed accelerated output growth. China also experienced expansion, whereas Japan and the euro area reported declines. Despite these mixed results, global manufacturing new orders continued to drop.
