Amagasa Q1 FY21 sales slip to ¥541 mn

Amagasa Co Limited, a Japan-based ladies shoes company, posted 56.1 per cent decline in its sales to ¥541 million (Japanese Yen) during the first quarter (Q1) FY21 ended on April 30 2020, compared to sales of ¥1,234 million in same period last year. Company incurred an operating loss of ¥342 million (Q1 FY20: ¥66 million) during the reported quarter.
The Company also reported a loss attributable to owners of parent of ¥250 million (¥91 million). Ordinary loss for the quarter was ¥377 million (¥65 million).
