The S1 registration form is a form used by companies that plan to go public, and is a mandatory filing process with the SEC prior to the issue of IPO.
“This voluntary filing of the S1 registration is consistent with our beliefs. It also creates a great spring board for the release of important data via press releases as well as the variety of ad hoc, quarterly and annual reports we routinely file with the SEC,” George Powell III, CEO of Code Green Apparel commented.
“We have been working diligently since last summer and are thrilled to have completed this thorough review process with the SEC in a very timely manner. This is a huge step forward for Code Green,” he added.
Additionally, Code Green Apparel has also agreed on retiring a debt held by Anubis Capital Partners. (MCJ)
