The company posted positive results for fiscal 2014-15 despite annual turnover for the fiscal being lower than the previous fiscal, which was €88.4 million. EBITDA posted for the last fiscal was €3.7 million.
Commenting on the results, Gerhard Kranzle, CEO and majority shareholder at Gardeur GmbH said, “Our full verticalisation project and intense zone management are paying off and are the way forward. We are satisfied with our results and progress. We are clearly focused on value-based turnover allowing us to also generate revenue for long-term.”
“While the market is weakening, retailers are earning good money with us. This should continue to be our motivation. We intend to continue working on this development navigating Gardeur into a growth phase. And we are well on the way,” he added.
Kranzle especially sees quality-focused, partnership-based cooperation with retailers on the agenda for next year.
The group's portfolio includes the brands Atelier Gardeur, Anna&Jan and Thomas Rath Trousers. (MCJ)
