Panties Plus signs deal for kathy ireland Intimates & Sleepwear

kathy ireland Worldwide, recently listed by Global License Magazine as the 28th most powerful brand in the world, has awarded an exclusive license for a complete collection of kathy ireland Intimates & Sleepwear to Panties Plus, Inc. in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Launching in August market to the trade and positioned to hit stores in Spring 2012, the kathy ireland collection will include functional and sophisticated bras, panties, shapewear and sleepwear in cotton, comfort, and fine fabrics which include lace detailing, and exclusive prints. The sales projections for the first year in excess of $10 million at wholesale.

Panties Plus products are currently being sold in over 35,000 retail locations throughout the US and Canada and abroad. Their primary corporate focus has been fashion intimates, shapewear and sleepwear for the junior, missy and full figure market. They offer their expertise through a vast array of licensed properties and additionally are a premier source for private label product to many retailers.

kiWW licensed products generate in excess of $ 1.5 billion in retail sales throughout USA and Canada according to Forbes Magazine. Her collections include various collaborations in the Home, Bridal, Jewelry and Apparel industries. kiWW designs are sold in over 50, 000 independent retailers in over 50 countries.
