FINAO to introduce FlipWear with social media

The Spokane Hoopfest (June 25-26), billed as one of the largest 3-on-3 street basketball tournaments on the planet - with an estimated 250,000+ - was the back drop for the local Bellevue, WA company FINAO to introduce FlipWear. FINAO - (pronounced fin-ay-o), our acronym for Failure Is Not an Option.

Hoopfest marked the official launch of FinaoNation and FINAO FlipWear, an expanding line of casual wear designed with a link to social media. The overarching theme of the new product is Failure Is Not An Option – FINAO. At the event FINAO sponsored multiple teams and courts, and provided customized uniforms for the teams. The Gonzaga University Dance Team was present to carry the FINAO torch as FlipWear ambassadors through performances and interaction throughout the weekend.

Thousands came to the FINAO booth to receive customized silicone bracelets, stickers, flyers and brochures, not only was the initial interest clearly visible, but the web traffic at FinaoNation.com skyrocketed showing absorption of concept. Lisa Wright, VP of Operations summarized the experience by saying “The most exciting part were the repeat visitors who brought friends and family back to the booth educating them to the facets of FINAO, how amazing for the concept to take hold and inspire in such an immediate and tangible way.”

The goal of FINAO is fairly simple; it is about celebrating what matters, what's important and what defines the wearer. FINAO is the convergence of personal goals and aspirations in a highly leveraged social media world - Achieved through its interactive apparel called FlipWear.

FINAO believes that ordinary people do extraordinary things daily across the nation. These are the early seeds of acknowledgement that we are all part of a community that is able to motivate, inspire and persevere.
