Reach EPS, a Lisburn, Northern Ireland-based print and embroidery firm, has announced a £620,000 expansion plan to increase its market reach in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
The expansion plan will be supported by Invest Northern Ireland, which has offered £40,000 to Reach EPS to develop its customer base in target markets through execution of a fresh customer relationship management programme and a new marketing and sales strategy.
Reach EPS caters to branded apparels and promotional gift items to companies and high-end markets. The company has recently unveiled its web platform, which operates customised online stores for schools and clubs willing to offer their uniforms for sales online.
The company plans to exploit the immense possibilities that web portal space can provide to bag new businesses. Besides upgrading its website, the company will be implementing new processes to maximise efficiencies.
Further, over the next three years, Reach EPS intends to appoint eight new personnel in marketing, sales, production, management and dispatch functions.
