'Find Fashion by Feelings' supports We Love Wool campaign

Australian Wool Innovation's (AWI) first major social media campaign is helping reconnect a new generation of consumers with the natural wonders of wool.

Using the global vehicle of the internet, the We Love Wool page on Facebook is a hub for consumers, retailers, designers and manufacturers to grow awareness of the fibre and its benefits.The site has gained over 9,000 followers since it began on the 1st of June.

“We are very excited by this important step in our Global Marketing strategy, We Love Wool is the first stage of a long term social media plan to help drive our key messages through to industry and consumers globally,” explained Rob Langtry, AWI's Chief Marketing and Strategy Advisor.

In support of the We Love Wool social media platforms, AWI this week launched the 'Find Fashion by Feelings' campaign. It enables the wool loving and fashion savvy from across the globe to post and tag their favourite wool look.

From the UK, USA, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, 'Find Fashion by Feelings' is an interactive campaign which asks participants to show how their favourite piece of clothing makes them feel. Whether it be happy, seductive, cute, beautiful, nostalgic or natural; using a dress, skirt, shirt or coat; emotions and fashion are brought together at FashionbyFeelings.

To get involved in the campaign simply upload, tag, share and promote yourself wearing your favourite wool clothing. Whilst on the site you can vote for other looks too, all linked back to Woolmark's We Love Wool Facebook community.
