Future Ventures buys additional stake in Indus-League Clothing

Future Ventures India Limited (FVIL) has acquired 15,10,378 equity shares of Indus-League Clothing Ltd (ILCL), a subsidiary company, aggregating to 5.14% of the paid- up share capital from two of its existing share holders.

With this acquisition, FVIL shall now hold an aggregate of 90.84% of the paid-up share capital of ILCL.

ILCL owns some of the leading apparel brands like Indigo Nation, Scullers, Jealous, Urbana, Urban Yoga and excusive license of “Lee Cooper” apparels and “Manchester United” merchandise.

Future Ventures is a part of the Future Group. The Future Group is a business group, led by Kishore Biyani, focusing on consumption-led businesses in India and is also one of India's leading organized multi-format retailers.
