Shirtworks adds quote facility to online product catalogue

Shirtworks, one of the UK's leading t-shirt printing companies, has added an intuitive quote building facility to its new online product catalogue. The online catalogue was recently upgraded, allowing the addition of the new quote builder that can be accessed directly from any product in the catalogue.
"We've been working hard to improve the online catalogue and its ease of use," said Arron Harnden, MD of Shirtworks. "The quote builder is a new addition that we're very proud of. It means that whenever someone searches the catalogue and finds what they want, they can click on a button on that same page to start the quote process. All it involves is filling in some details in a very simple form, such as quantity, colour, position of printing or embroidery and the quote is requested."
"If people are searching for different kinds of products," Arron added, "the new quoting system remembers which products have been quoted and stores them in a list to be reviewed at the end, meaning that the quoting process is smooth and efficient."
When asked how the online quoting system adapts to the product being used, Arron replied; "If someone is asking for a quote on adding a logo to a t-shirt, for example, the system is programmed to ask if they would like the logo to be printed or embroidered. In contrast, if it's a promotional product such as a pen, the only option is for printing, as obviously it's impossible to embroider a pen!"
