Brothers Shep and Ian Murray, CEOs and co-founders of vineyard vines are proud to announce the November 2011 openings of their newest retail stores in Hingham, Massachusetts; Plano, Texas; Richmond, Virginia and Short Hills, New Jersey.
"We are very excited to be expanding the retail side of our business," said Ian Murray CEO and co-founder. "We carefully evaluate our retail locations to make sure our growing fleet is positioned in the best areas for our customers. We know the brand resonates with our customers in Hingham, Plano, Richmond and Short Hills and we're looking forward to seeing our stores thrive there."
With these additions, vineyard vines will now have twenty retail locations across the country including the previously announced Fashion Island store in Newport Beach, California. Slated to open in October 2011, the Fashion Island store marks the brand's inaugural retail presence on the West Coast.
vineyard vines, a company best known for its whimsical neckties and smiling pink whale logo, was founded in 1998 on Martha's Vineyard when brothers Shep and Ian Murray cut their ties with corporate America to start making ties that represented The Good Life. In addition to signature neckwear, vineyard vines offers a variety of clothing and accessories for men, women and children.
