Fila Golf to debut new outerwear collection at PGA

Fila Golf - an internationally recognized sportswear brand for men and women exclusively licensed by Fersten Worldwide (FW) in North America - will unveil its 2012 collection at the PGA Expo, Booth 326, August 22-24 in Las Vegas, NV.

Inspired by 1950s prep school athletics, the new Fila Golf offerings showcase fine details such as mesh rolled shoulders for men as well as keyhole and sweetheart necklines for women. Utilizing the company's premium performance fabrics, including the popular single-jersey Moss and recycled PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), many pieces boast Tech-Dry and anti-bacterial technology for moisture and odor-free wear. The collection is completed by Fila Golf's first-ever range of outerwear, including wind/rain resistant, textured fleece and soft shell jackets.

"We're continuing to experience robust golf market growth by introducing bold athletic wear that truly aligns with FILA's authentic history," says Nancy Robitaille, principal designer. "The 2012 collection plays off vintage golf, tennis and ski apparel styles, so it's nostalgic, fun and perfectly suited for the country club or the city."

Worn in competition by LPGA Tour star and 2011 Kraft Nabisco Champion Stacy Lewis, Fila Golf retails for accessories, apparel and outerwear and is in stock year-round for immediate fulfillment and custom orders. The Fila brand is worn by professional athletes worldwide and is globally recognized for its innovative design and authentic sports legacy.
