Crown Healthcare Apparel's two facilities meet HLAC standards

Crown Uniform and Linen Service / Crown Healthcare Apparel Service is proud to announce the accreditation of their second Massachusetts facility by the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). Crown Healthcare Apparel Service now meets HLAC standards in both the Boston and Fall River, MA processing centers. Crown is the only healthcare laundry in New England to have earned this prestigious designation at two locations.
Healthcare Laundry Accreditation is the industry's highest rating for quality and safety and ensures that the inspected facility meets or exceeds the highest standards for processing healthcare textiles as required by the commercial healthcare laundry industry and regulations established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

As an HLAC certified laundry Crown Healthcare Apparel Service helps their customers achieve compliance with OSHA's bloodborne pathogen regulations by using state of the art laundering equipment, specialized employee training, and healthcare textile best practices in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and pathogens entrenched in soiled linen.
