Pettitte as spokesperson for Weatherproof

Weatherproof, a leading apparel manufacturer, has signed former New York Yankees pitcher, Andy Pettitte to be their new spokesperson. Pettitte, Major League Baseball's all-time post season wins leader, will be the "face" of the Weatherproof 32 Degree Heat division.
The Weatherproof 32 Degree Heat collection will debut this October at macy's stores throughout the country. On October 6th, at 5:30pm, Pettitte will help launch the new 32 Degree Heat division at macy's Herald Square. With purchase, fans will be able to meet Pettitte and get a signed photo. In addition, they can test their pitching abilities alongside Pettitte on a Wii console projected on a large plasma screen; the three fastest pitchers will receive an autographed ball.
The fall ad campaign features Mr. Pettitte wearing Weatherproof 32 Degree Heat outerwear and innerwear, donning his iconic stare. Shot by photographer, Michael Grecco, the ads will debut on October 1st with outdoor advertising throughout New York City.

The launch of 32 Degree Weatherproof came in 2008, adding a collection of men's active outerwear geared for department and specialty outdoor shops. The collection features water resistant, cold resistant and wind resistant jackets that utilize the latest fabric technologies available.
Heat is the most recent addition to the 32 Degree brand of active outerwear and sportswear; offering a new technology that retains and absorbs body heat.
