Lab Coat Specialist Program by Sassy Scrubs

Sassy Scrubs, a United States based medical scrub uniform manufacturer and e-commerce Company, announces the development of an innovative and cost-saving manufacturing program for their popular custom-made Lab Coats. Although the Company's high standards for quality and ability to custom design each uniquely ordered Lab Coat remain unchanged, the substantial reduction in labor costs created by their new procedures allows Sassy Scrubs to pass the resulting savings directly on to their customers.

Along with advances made in the method of manufacturing, the addition of specialized training for select seamstress staff has allowed Sassy Scrubs to create the skilled position of Lab Coat Specialist. Each qualified Lab Coat Specialist has mastered the production process for creating this garment, thereby reducing the time required to sew each custom made garment.

“The result,” according to Finance Director, Jody Earle, “is a significant 12% reduction in overall production costs; savings of which we have chosen to pass along directly to our Lab Coat customers. As we had hoped, making our Lab Coats more affordable to our customers has resulted in a pleasant jump in sales for this garment. With the unprecedented cost of living increases in 2011, it's been very satisfying to be able to help our customers decrease the cost of their work expenses by reducing our Lab Coat prices.”

Sassy Scrubs is a truly matchless scrubs manufacturer in that they allow their customers to create their own uniform garments, such as lab coats, scrub tops and pants, both short and long sleeved jackets, surgical caps, ties and even aprons, while choosing from hundreds of fabrics. This unique and much needed element has allowed their customers to create their own specialized scrubs, including Lab Coats, in fabrics to match their personalities, such as holiday prints, and with options that customers simply cannot find elsewhere.

Earle states, "A tall, size 6X-Large Lab Coat is a very difficult item to find in today's general market. It's really fun for us when we have the pleasure of providing a hard-to-fit customer with a Lab Coat that is both unique and stunning. We've seen customers build their Lab Coats in black and white racing flag fabric, beautiful floral prints, and just recently, a pirate skull print. Customers have fun selecting unusual, unique fabrics for their work garments. And with the new reduced prices, we're noticing an increase in not only sales figures, but also in the creativity of our customers."

Combined with their Free Alterations for the Life of the Garment Program, the new Lab Coat Specialists program at Sassy Scrubs has breathed new life back into a somewhat stale scrubs industry, where customer service often takes a back seat to providing low-cost products. Sassy Scrubs' business model has found a ground-breaking way to give their customers the best of both worlds.
