ReaLasting Softness revolutionizing the textile industry

Delta Galil, leading global supplier and manufacturer of innovative apparel for leading retailers and brands worldwide, has introduced its latest groundbreaking fabric technology called “ReaLasting Softness.

This new patent pending technology brings the solution for the 'impossible dream' – enjoy the softness, smooth and soft touch of man-made fabrics for a very long time.

Cellulose (wood pulp) fabrics are categorized as 'man-made' or 'regenerated' as opposed to 'synthetic'. Man-made fabrics, from rayon base family of fabrics (like Modal), are ideal for women's underwear and sleepwear, men's underwear and other garments worn next to our skin because of their soft and smooth touch and appearance, together with a pleasing drape and comfortable breathability.

Unfortunately, there is a downside to this fantastic material – the softness and sheen that tempt us to buy these garments are quickly lost after just a few washes, the integral feature known in the industry as 'pilling'.

ReaLasting Softness ensures that garments retain their softness and smoothness with no pilling wash after wash, allowing for longer wear and use. The new patent pending technology keeps the garments looking and feeling as good as the day you bought them.

On top of this, Delta has come up with additional breakthrough in the man-made fabrics area called – RealCool Softness Pro. This new technology is not only anti-pill after many washes, but is a REAL PERFORMANCE man-made fabric with moisture management properties. It wicks away perspiration from the skin to the fabric's surface for evaporation, leaving the body cool, dry and thus more comfortable.

RealCool Softness Pro revolutionizes the status of man-made fabrics taking them to a whole new performance level that is ideal for before, during and after various sport activities, as well as for active lifestyle and everyday comfort.

The international textile company's intimate apparel clothing products include fashion and basic panties and bras for women and girls, shapewear garments in cut & sew as well as seamless technology and women's nightwear.

Delta is also producing men's underwear, nightwear, leisurewear, t-shirts, polo shirts, pajama sets and active wear tops and bottoms in various styles. It also offers men's, women's, and children's leisure, dress and sport socks. Delta Galil operates primarily in the United States, Europe and Israel. It sells its products to retailers, brands and marketers.

ReaLasting Softness and RealCool Softness Pro are a result of Delta's dedication to 'leading the way' and its commitment to research and development. Delta Galil Labs is the only center of its kind in the world with state-of-the-art equipment, utilizing the most advanced technologies to create the innovative fabrics that are the core of Delta's identity as one of the world's leading fabric producers.

ReaLasting Softness and RealCool Softness Pro are patent pending and trademarks of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. Modal is a registered trademark of Lenzing AG.
