Daffy's, a leading off-price fashion retailer in the Tri-State area since 1961 and one of the creators of the off-price retailing segment, announced that it is further expanding by opening a 19th location in Times Square, the cultural and retail epicenter of New York City.

The new 17,000-square-foot store, located at 218 West 44th Street in the former New York Times building, is situated in the heart of the Theater District, amidst other New York landmarks like the legendary eateries Carmine's and Sardi's.

"We are thrilled to be bringing the Daffy's shopping experience to Times Square," said Caryn Lerner, CEO of Daffy's. "This year marks Daffy's 50th year in business and we are honored to continue to serve all New Yorkers and the nearly 50 million annual tourists with unique fashion at irresistible prices. The Times Square location solidifies our commitment to New York City and we look forward to being in this exciting neighborhood."

The Daffy's store opening is part of a larger strategic business plan intended to support the continued growth and expansion of the brand. Daffy's new store will serve as a destination for customers who are seeking new trends in fashion at incredibly low prices. The store will carry everything including Men's and Women's Apparel, Shoes, Accessories, Kids and Home Wares.

Family-owned since its inception in 1961, Daffy's Inc., headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey, is a unique off-price retailer of apparel, accessories, and home goods. The company, with 19 store locations centered in the New York City metropolitan region, is well known for providing exceptional value to its customers by selling a unique assortment of high-quality, fashionable merchandise at deep discounts.
