Balyna brings eco-friendly Christian baby wear
Dec '11
In a world where conventional cotton rules, Balyna introduces a new Christian baby clothing line made with 100% certified organic cotton and non-toxic dyes and prints. This makes them one of the first companies worldwide to provide eco-friendly Christian baby clothes.

Launched in early October of 2011, Kubra and Daniel DeForest originally came up with the idea while shopping for Christmas gifts for their niece and nephew. To their dismay, most of the Christian clothes were made with low quality fabrics and potentially harmful dyes and prints. Unable to find any stylish and well-made Christian clothing, they decided to create their own brand, Balyna. They designed their clothing line with Christian messages in mind to teach children about God's love and compassion.

They've also simultaneously released an online magazine called Balyna Baby. "We want the magazine to be a community for families with similar beliefs to share and exchange ideas, stories, parenting tips, and pictures," says co-founder Daniel DeForest. "We want to support parents with positive content and messages." They encourage readers to submit their content and share their experiences with the rest of the Balyna Baby community.

It didn't take long for Balyna to get noticed. Within 2 months of launching, they received an exclusive invitation to the 2012 Pre-Golden Globe Lounge for Hollywood's top A-list moms and dads. Also known as the Boom Boom Room, this event features the hottest must-have baby products for celebrities.

Balyna, launched in early October 2011, is a Christian children's clothing brand featuring only 100% certified organic cotton clothes with non-toxic prints and dyes. They also host a free online magazine under the name Balyna Baby for Christian families.
