Aurora Fashions, the group behind leading fashion brands Coast, Oasis and Warehouse, has announced four senior appointments across the group. The two new hires and two internal moves come as the group looks to continue to grow the high street brands both domestically and internationally.

Jennifer Roebuck joins Warehouse as Marketing Director in February 2012. Formerly head of French Connection's digital and e-commerce business, Jennifer brings with her a wealth of marketing experience and was recently nominated for the Online Fashion 100 list of most influential people in the UK's online fashion industry.

She joins Warehouse at the end of a highly exciting year – named High Street Retailer of the Year at the Drapers Fashion Awards – and will focus on maintaining the brand's distinctive market position as it moves into new international territories in 2012.

Kim Elliott will be joining Coast as Design Director in March 2012. Kim joins from Monsoon Accessorize where she has spent the last 17 years within design, the last eight years of which were spent as Head of Design, specialising in occasionwear and childrenswear.

Established as the occasionwear specialist, Coast is opening a brand new flagship store on Oxford Street next year, which will house the brand's new store concept and showcase the full product range. Kim's role will be instrumental in leading the design team and will develop the brand's signature occasionwear collection as it builds on a strong performance in 2011.

Hash Ladha, current Group Multi-Channel Director at Aurora Fashions, will move to the newly created role of Deputy Managing Director at Oasis in the New Year. Hash, who joined from Asos.com in 2010, was instrumental in numerous achievements and fashion firsts for the group including 90 minute delivery, establishing international local language websites and driving Aurora's latest initiative, Anywhere Everywhere.

Following the roll-out of the new Oasis brand experience showcased in the re-launch of the flagship store on London's Argyll Street in October, Hash will focus on delivering a seamless customer journey across the Oasis multichannel proposition, maximising trading growth and market share.

Following Hash's new appointment, the Aurora brands will build on their dedicated multichannel talent to focus on each brand's requirements to drive future omnichannel success.

Ish Patel, current Group Strategic Development Director at Aurora Fashions, has been promoted to Group Omni-Channel Director and will take on responsibility for IT, distribution, business development and the multichannel technical teams, which have been pivotal to Aurora's many achievements this year.

Mike Shearwood, Chief Executive of Aurora Fashions, commented: “The fact that we're able to attract and retain the best talent in the industry is testament to the scale and breadth of the Aurora Group.

We're committed to investing in the right people, for the right senior management roles to ensure each brand is led by a strong, autonomous team that is as passionate about delivering a unique experience for customers as they are about driving growth.”
