Sacoor Brothers, the leading international fashion and lifestyle brand based out of Portugal, has opened its 9th store in the UAE at Mercato, in the prestigious Jumeirah shopping and residential district of Dubai, bringing the total number of Sacoor Brothers stores in the GCC to ten.

Opened in true Sacoor style on Friday 17th February, the beautifully designed store brings to Mercato the much admired Sacoor Brothers shopping experience, defined by the elegance of refinement, attention to detail and the comfort of personal service. During the opening day celebrations Mercato was filled with the aroma of romance as live music played by the Sacoor Brothers in-store pianist and fragrant roses were shared with delighted shoppers as part of the festivities.

Speaking on the new store and continued expansion of Sacoor Brothers in the region, Moez Sacoor, Board Member and responsible for Marketing and Communication for Sacoor Brothers, said: “Sacoor is a perfect fit for Mercato. As a shopping destination favoured by quality-conscious residents the renowned Sacoor Brothers style, tailoring and commitment to exceeding our customer's expectations will be appreciated by every discerning visitor.”

Salim Sacoor, Board Member, responsible for the international expansion of the brand and for merchandising, added: “Throughout the region people have a genuine interest in and passion for looking their best and wearing the latest fashions. It is this positive response from our customers to the high quality of Sacoor Brothers men's and ladies collections that has prompted quick expansion in the region and in 2012 we are looking forward to welcoming more stores in Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar, later in the year.”

Sacoor Brothers at Mercato will house the new Spring/Summer 2012 collections for men, women and boys, as well as, a stunning range of accessories. Inside the boutique customers will experience the free alteration service, which has been greatly appreciated by customers in Dubai, the Sacoor Café, live music with piano and saxophone, the Tailor's Room, and the lounge with comfortable armchairs and sofas, just a few of the many ways Sacoor Brothers intend to provide customers with the very best shopping experience.

Sacoor Brothers is located on the ground floor of Mercato adjacent to Paul's Café.

The international fashion and lifestyle brand based out of Portugal started as a dream of 4 brothers who intended to give the world of fashion refinement, elegance, quality and design. Since 1989, when the first boutique was opened in Lisbon, Sacoor Brothers is now available on the retail map of Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Singapore.
