Voi Jeans opens a showroom in Alkmaar, Holland

Feb '12
UK based brand Voi Jeans has opened a showroom in Alkmaar, Holland. The new showroom boasts floor space of 108m2 and is the third showroom to open showcasing the brand, with other showrooms in Camden, London and the head office in Preston. The showroom is designed in keeping with the 'Engineered' theme with raw wooden flooring, following through onto the walls, with metal fixtures, large feature windows, keeping the branding to a minimum, so focus is shown on the garment to the new European market.

Holland is still a growing area for the brand; however showing at Modefabriek January 2012 has had a positive response for the brand, the interest gained from this has led to the showroom opening.

Bastiaan Koerts, the Dutch agent for Voi Jeans commented,
“This is a really positive move for the brand Voi Jeans, I am hoping for success for the brand internationally, I am very excited, for the future of Voi and I look forward to growing with the brand. Modefabriek opened a lot of potential business for Voi Jeans so it made sense that we had an area to showcase the brand, so this helped the decision for setting a showroom up over here.”

Voi Jeans is now emerging as a worldwide competitor in menswear with accounts current in over 24 worldwide countries including, Spain, Italy, and as far out as Canada, USA, South Africa and now Holland. At present Voi Jeans is approaching 200 accounts outside of the United Kingdom.
