Fly53 merges with Focus Int'l for European expansion

Fly53, the UK-based menswear brand, has integrated itself with Focus International Limited, the owner of Peter Werth and Unsung Hero labels, as it readies for expansion in key European nations.

The menswear brand will become part of Focus International, which will be promoting it in European countries. The brand will, however, continue to supply its products to existing stockists and House of Fraser concessions.

Will Rigg, founder of Fly53, will continue to be Creative Director and the creative, design, digital and production teams would also be retained.

Mr. Rigg said partnering with Focus will provide Fly53 with the framework needed to continue on the phenomenal growth path, while staying true to company's roots and offering excellent products.

Mr. Phil Bryan, Group Sales Director of Focus, welcomed the addition of Fly53 to the Focus International brand portfolio. He said the integration would allow extension of the brand in key UK retail partner outlets and across European nations.

Fly53 would also get access to greater network of sourcing, distribution and sales opportunities, he added.
