Landsberg-based VEIT Group, the leading manufacturer of ironing technology, stages the Quality Garment Network Days (QGND) in Starnberg from 11 to 13 October 2012.

The QGND is an excellent platform for know-how transfer for quality assurance staff and executives from technical and production departments in the garment industry. During this event, questions concerning “How to improve quality in all production phases and how to keep it on a high level” will be answered and the participants will get lots of information to be used in “real life”.

The QGND provides focused professional training by experts who have got years of practical experience, who are aware of potential problems when implementing ideas and know how to solve them. During the event, workshops give the opportunity to discuss individual fields of application and find solutions.

The top-class participants offer lots of possibilities to enlarge the professional network within the participants, giving this event a long-term benefit.

Well-known speakers are going to present topics such as, 'High End Apparel 2015 - Challenges and possible solutions in purchasing high-end tailored women's wear', 'Optimisation of the entire textiles process: Discussion with suppliers of trimmings and fabrics', 'Sustainability - and its effects in real life, Intercultural competence: Challenges in working with "The Asians"', 'Stay fit and energetic! Valuable tips and effective motivation for a healthy and energetic life!'.

Companies such as Eurodress, Creation Gross, Freshtex Worldwide, OLYMP Bezner, Meyer & Meyer, Strellson, Elos-Escada, Wilvorst Herrenmoden and Walter Knoll attended in recent years and are impressed by this quality event.
