Grupo Cortefiel announced that the women'secret brand has opened its first store in Istanbul. The new establishment is located in Aqua Florya, one of Europe's most emblematic shopping mall with more than 100,000 square metres in the city centre. The new women'secret store has more than 100 square metres of retail space and already houses the brand's spring-summer 2012 collections.

The women'secret brand is entering the Turkish market as a franchise under Unifor Group, a highly prestigious corporate group in Turkey with considerable experience in introducing international fashion brands to the country. The group has plans to open a minimum of 60 stores over the next five years.

Grupo Cortefiel is one of Europe's top fashion names operating in the specialised chain segment. Founded in Madrid in 1880, today it is present in 60 countries and has 1,793 points of sale.

Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield and women'secret are the four chains that make up Grupo Cortefiel, which also owns Fifty Factory, a chain of outlet stores. Each one has its one design team and a customer-oriented commercial and management structure.
