Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., the worldwide leader in the production of soft body armor and related protective solutions, announced the appointment of Michael Foreman, as its new Vice President of Government and International Sales.

In this new role, Mr. Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and executing the Company's vertical market strategy for Federal, Government, International and Special Forces customers, worldwide.

He will oversee the integrated sales teams from Point Blank, PACA, Protective Products and Paraclete, while continuing to work with global technology partners as the Company advances ballistic and carrier innovation. Jim Henderson, Chief Executive Officer of Point Blank Enterprises stated, "Mike's knowledge of our product line and customer base is unparalleled. I strongly believe he's the right man to help lead this sales organization as we continue to grow our business across our core Military and Law Enforcement markets, in addition to these specific verticals, where we have begun to make significant traction.

We've won a number of key accounts and believe we're positioned well in these markets over the coming years. Now, more than ever, we're focused on improving the solutions we offer to our customers, integrating their feedback into the design process, while speeding our time to market through the industry's best and fastest manufacturing footprint."

He served eighteen years in SWAT, holding several positions including that of SWAT Commander.

Mr. Foreman has and continues to lecture throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Europe and South America, and currently serves as a Director Emeritus for the National Tactical Officers Association ("NTOA"), and was past President of the Florida SWAT Association. He also is recognized as an expert witness on the use of S.W.A.T. and deadly force in Federal court.

"This is an exciting time for our Company, following the integration of our companies and brands, and I truly look forward to taking on this new role as Vice President of Government and International Sales," added Mr. Foreman.

"Our industry offering is second to none and we've made significant advancements over the past year to meet the needs of Federal agencies, International military and police forces and for the Special Operators community worldwide. As a team, we will differentiate ourselves from the market through our product and service offering and our commitment to go beyond customer requirements."
