As previously disclosed, beginning in fiscal 2012, the Company reports comparable store sales results inclusive of our on-line store. Same store sales for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2012 decreased 2.5% compared to an increase of 7.5% in the prior year.

As a reminder, bebe total sales, which we will disclose in our earnings release, also includes wholesale and other sales in addition to the retail sales released herein.

Retail sales from continuing operations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012 were $484.2 million, an increase of 5.2% compared to $460.1 million for the fiscal year ending July 2, 2011. Comparable store sales for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012 increased 5.3% compared to an increase of 0.6% for the fiscal year ending July 2, 2011.

As of June 30, 2012, average finished goods inventory per square foot increased approximately 2% compared to an increase of 1% of the prior year.
