Respect Your Universe Inc. (RYU) is pleased to announce the release of the RYU Bruce Lee Limited Edition Warrior Hoodies. The limited addition of 250 hoodies was created in collaboration with Bruce Lee Enterprises to honor the memory of Bruce Lee.

Considered by many to be the greatest and most influential Martial Artist of all time, Bruce Lee embodies the spirit of a modern day warrior and reflects the RYU brand ethos -- redefining what is humanly possible and reflecting strength, honor, respect and sustainability in everything we do. Bruce Lee: "Always moving forward. Never satisfied."

"It is a true honor to be working with Bruce Lee Enterprises. Like many martial artists today, Bruce Lee was a huge influence and inspiration and one of the reasons I started to practice Martial Arts," said RYU Brand Ambassador, Rocky Bice. "Bruce Lee's philosophy on life is a perfect fit with the RYU pillars of respect, strength, honor and sustainability."

As a fun kick-off for Bruce Lee and RYU fans to be the first to win a limited edition Warrior Hoodie, fans are asked to "like" both the RYU and Bruce Lee facebook pages and then visit the Bruce Lee Facebook on July 23rd for more details on how to win.

The RYU Bruce Lee Warrior Hoodie was made by RYU with the determination of the Warrior in mind. Designed to keep warriors warm during training in cool, dry weather, it is also flexible, organic and versatile enough to be worn casually or in training. Emblazoned with Bruce Lee's mantra "Walk On" on the shoulder, it is flanked by the RYU logo. On the back side of the hoodie, it bears Bruce Lee's "Loong," or "dragon" representation, with his English signature stitched above an edition number to show proof of the genuine article by RYU.

Founded on the principles of respect, strength, honor and sustainability, and influenced by the dedication of the athlete to the ancient sport of Martial Arts, RYU's innovative premium apparel and product for both performance and lifestyle was created to inspire all athletes to achieve greatness. By producing products that are environmentally, and ethically, sound, all of RYU's apparel and products are comprised of up to 90% organic and recycled materials utilizing some of the best yarn and fabric suppliers in the world.

Through the creation of innovative apparel and products that have less of an impact on the environment, RYU's fabrics and technologies boast the attributes of Moisture Control Fabric (AIR Weave), Thermal Control Fabric (FIRE Weave), Weather Resistant Fabric (WIND Weave) and Eco-Friendly Fabric (TERRA Weave). RYU's authenticity in its apparel and products is also reflected in the design of each item containing one or more symbols from ancient Samurai iconography.

RYU is an official sponsor of the UFC and will be visible in various elements throughout the UFC events in 2012 including logo displays and live announcements during bouts along with television promotions and placement on the UFC website including their web store.
