Invista to partake in two apparel industry events in India

Invista, one of the world’s largest integrated producers of polymers and fibers, and owner of the LYCRA fiber brand, will be presenting its consumer relevant, differentiated fiber and fabric innovations to textile and apparel value chain customers. The innovations will be showcased in two separate events. Invista will showcase its fiber and fabric innovations to intimate apparel customers at Galleria Intima in Goa (Aug 28 – 29) and its fibers and yarn innovations in Yarnex, Tirupur (Aug 31- Sept 2).

At Galleria Intima, Invista will be showcasing the latest innovations including Narrows with LYCRA fiber, LYCRA fiber with W Technology, and LYCRA BEAUTY fabric, as well as COOLMAX fabric and THERMOLITE fabric. With reference to the evolving intimate apparel market in India, Andrew Evans and Avinash Chandra, Marketing Head for South Asia, Invista Apparel will deliver a presentation on ‘Winning with Intimate Apparel Consumer’.

Sharing details on the objective of the presentation, Avinash Chandra said, “Consumers’ purchase behavior towards intimate wear hasn’t been fully understood by most brands. At the 4th edition on Yarnex, Invista will present high performance fiber and fabric technologies. The innovations that will be presented include LYCRA fiber, LYCRA T400 fiber, COOLMAX fabric and THERMOLITE fabric.
